Welcome to LiteHQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiteHQ platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
LiteHQ provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist coworking spaces, flexible offices, and shared workspace operators ("Operators") in managing their facilities, bookings, memberships, and payments.
LiteHQ is a Software Provider: We provide the technical infrastructure to enable Operators to manage their businesses. We do not own, lease, operate, or manage the physical coworking spaces listed or managed through our Services.
2. Relationship with Operators and Members
For Operators: You retain full responsibility for the operation of your physical space, including safety, security, legal compliance, and the fulfillment of services to your members.
For Members/Users: Contracts for workspace usage, membership agreements, and booking terms are strictly between you and the Operator of the coworking space. LiteHQ is not responsible for the condition, safety, or quality of any coworking space.
3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITEHQ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
- The physical condition, safety, security, or legality of any coworking space managed via our platform.
- Any disputes, disagreements, or claims between Operators and their Members or guests.
- Personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring at any physical location.
- Any failure by an Operator to provide the services, desks, or rooms booked through the platform.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
Subscription Fees: Operators agree to pay the subscription fees associated with their selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. By using our payment features, you agree to the terms of service of these processors.
6. Intellectual Property
The LiteHQ Service, including its software, code, design, and branding, is owned by LiteHQ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
